Pros
Good work-life balance, after-work time respected. Good benefits such as kitchen, kindergarten and 30 days of vacation. International environment. Family and kids support of high priority.
Cons
Heavy structure. Full of people who don't want to work anymore, so new projects or ideas are hardly considered, unless these people can make short-time money out of that (incentive system). Although calling themselves global, it is still very centered in the employees in Hamburg (huge salary gaps between regions).
