Great ideas don't keep regular office hours. Expect to work beyond your comfort zone to get great work out the door. And learn to have lunch on the fly, if at all.

Hellocomputer has a fantastic creative department, lead by a wonderful Creative Director who really helps guide and shape people in their career. There's a good work culture, with an open bar and a skate ramp. During my time at HC, my coworkers were extremely talented and fun people to work with.

The pay is a definite con - but as a starting point it isn't terrible. The upper management could do with some tact training, but compared to others in the industry they're great.
