      - Below market compensation and below inflation yearly increases - Zero empathy at an administrative level - Treats staff like naughty children - Unfair labour practice - Corporate overlords determine policy that your direct manager will have no way to help you with

      An affable bunch - dedicated to distilling human truths into sharp insights, and committed to their craft. Definitely one of the best digital agencies in South Africa.

      Cons

      Great ideas don't keep regular office hours. Expect to work beyond your comfort zone to get great work out the door. And learn to have lunch on the fly, if at all.
