      Pros

      - casual and friendly atmosphere - "startup" means great opportunity to learn new skills and take on responsibility - flexible hours available as long as you're finishing your work - good compensation

      Cons

      - organizational muddle meant too many bosses and power struggles between them - sometimes projects were shelved or changed the minute you finished them, which lowers morale over long term

      - there's the option to work from home

      Cons

      - disorganized - toxic management. would spread false narratives about employees, no support, wouldn't learn the names of their employees (always getting people mixed up in such a small company), breach of privacy (sending private employee info to the wrong people), management and HR are dismissive - no clear direction of the product - no one is accountable for anything - underpaying market rate

      Great people, some of them are very smart and fun to learn from and work with

      Cons

      No structure, lots of pressure, management is related/close to the owner and they make a mess out of everything
