Heartless and Racist Management - Anonymous employee Hello Sunshine Employee Review

Where to start. Was there for several years and it got worse and worse. Company hides behind Reese’s image but at its core it’s a sinking ship that is struggling to stay afloat. They claim to be mission aligned towards all women but honestly only care about the opinions of white women. Zero people of color in executive roles and those few people of color still at the company (most leave or are let go) are victims of micro aggressions. Have zero empathy for their employees and is very much like a high school clique. You’ll only get promoted if you’re in part of the clique, if not you’ll stay in your role until they come up with an excuse to let you go.
