I love a female driven production company. It was always so cool to be in a place that was majority women, emotionally supportive and working on cool content

No real cons outside of what can happen when you work anywhere, where you can struggle with internal dynamics.

Loved my coworkers and the internship program!

HR and higher-ups are a bunch of cliquey white women who deeply believe in the mission of upholding other white women. They do not want to see people grow here. The company is obsessed with the girl bossification of AI, and frankly, it's abysmal. I do not recommend working here. The company is tanking.
