      Pros

      Office is beautiful, Facilities makes it fun, 3 Day hybrid schedule, Stocked kitchen, Catered Lunch, Some Nice People

      Cons

      HR was AWFUL and really set the tone for the company culture. Some teams were more welcoming than others, but on the whole the company had a mean girls/high school hierarchy vibe which was a shame because my team was actually great

      Pros

      I love a female driven production company. It was always so cool to be in a place that was majority women, emotionally supportive and working on cool content

      Cons

      No real cons outside of what can happen when you work anywhere, where you can struggle with internal dynamics.

      Pros

      Loved my coworkers and the internship program!

      Cons

      HR and higher-ups are a bunch of cliquey white women who deeply believe in the mission of upholding other white women. They do not want to see people grow here. The company is obsessed with the girl bossification of AI, and frankly, it's abysmal. I do not recommend working here. The company is tanking.
