Pros

$7/hr. after 6 months, they give you a free tumbler and company pin.

Cons

1. They tell you that they have a lot of clients, but since they are constantly hiring hundreds per batch (currently at batch 81), highly doubt there are a lot. You'll end up waiting for weeks before getting matched with a new client. 2. They don't verify clients, so most likely you'll get a new one that will try to take advantage of you for as much as they can since they're paying you so cheaply. (they think they're paying you $9.50/hr) 3. Once matched for a client interview, you are not allowed to decline. If you do, they threaten to terminate your contract. 4. Clients can fire you whenever they want. If they say you "underperformed", you'll be sent for a refresher course with no pay before you are matched with another client. It doesn't matter if you explain your side and prove it's not true; they'll just say it's "protocol". 5. No HMO. Training takes about 2 months, no pay, and they will need you to resign from your current job before they hire you. So basically, unless you have enough savings or can take out a loan, you'll go hungry while undergoing training. 6. If you have any complaints or concerns regarding your current client, Hello Rache takes almost a month to address your concern, and even then, you might not get the outcome you've been hoping for as they put the client first instead of the HVAs.

Pros

Salary is released on time, and communication with the team is generally smooth and structured.

Cons

- There are limited opportunities for salary increases, as compensation adjustments often depend on client discretion rather than a standardized company process. - Benefits are minimal, and while an annual allowance is available, it requires an application process with specific requirements. - There have also been occasional payroll discrepancies, so it’s important to regularly review logged work hours for accuracy.
