I think they're a wonderful company to work for as a caregiver. Working part time, they're very understanding and flexible which is what I needed when I was in school.

Not too many cons I can think of.

Very flexibile with hours and competitive pay! Staff is super nice and friendly and its small and family owned so you know they care.

Small company means getting shifts covered can sometimes be a challenge but they always do their best to accommodate their staff!
