Tim zones between countries makes it difficult to collaborate but despite this I have to say the communications and insights shared across teams via Slack is paramount to staying ahead of the curve when it comes to the very changing world of digital marketing!

Remote work Flexibility with hours Ability to work with some really cool businesses The strong ethos around sustainability within the company values and practices Always felt like ideas/brainstorms were valued and openly received Opportunities to volunteer, and meet up with other members for team away days. Weekly check-ins with the executive team to help you navigate priorities or be available for anything you need.

This is not a con but something to keep in mind for any remote work is that it can be fast-paced and you need to be self-sufficient in time and task management. Also, the nature of remote work can be isolating sometimes But having said that I think Hello Earth does a good job of addressing these two things by creating opportunities to connect with the team and having weekly individual/team meetings to help you with time and task management.
