      The company had an amazing culture during the first years of its operations. It was very data-driven and utilized the latest technologies. Regular town halls and team-building activities helped keep employees engaged. The organization provided a clear direction and vision for its teams.

      Cons

      Since 2024, it seems as though the boat has been sailing without a captain. Many people have left or been terminated.
