      Company had potential to be great

      Cons

      Another failed startup. The leaders are narcissistic and only care about themselves. Several rounds of layoffs have left both product and engineering in shambles as they turn into a property management company. The environment is toxic and I would stay away.

      Pros

      I started here a few months ago as a contractor and have had nothing but positive experiences with the Alfred team. The work is predictable for the most part which allows you to have amazing work life balance.

      Cons

      My only complaint is that there is no 401k matching, but it's a start up so this is to be expected. Hopefully it will change in the future!
