      Have some decent individuals in every branch but they will eventually leave ( see cons )

      Where to start. Terrible national management led by individuals with very little experience in business , never mind freight forwarding. Very poor morale and very little care for staff and their work life balance.

      None except it’s a paycheck

      Cons

      Toxic environment. Belittle their employees unless you’re one of the favorites. Each branch works in their own little silo so little to no continuity. 1 question will get you 5 completely different answers, and ultimately any issues will always be the employee’s fault. Very much a gossip mill of misinformation. “Relationships Matter” as their slogan is a complete joke. Mentally draining organization that needs a complete overhaul! There’s a reason why many leave after a short time period.
