Company is obviously struggling badly with many unpaid Chinese interns brought into finance section and some other sections comment from senior staff member is 'this company's survival now is dependent on Chinese interns' who stay off the payroll. Many staff being made redundant for unpaid workers and junior staff stretched way beyond what is even decent with people stressed to the max and no other staff being employed to help. Pay is shocking unless you are senior staff and have been there for over ten years. Senior staff on big money (we see the cars they drive!) and company is very very top heavy with some senior staff coming and going as they please, not really contributing, and performing badly yet expecting juniors to be paid ridiculously low wages and do all the work! When a rep from German hellmann came recently a big clean up was done beforehand so Germany wouldn't realise how badly company was run. Company is not performance based and clear company is being exploited by many who get paid top dollar and achieve little. Thinking is so old fashioned and lack of direction and structure has driven customers away. Company has refused to streamline at the top and it is clear personal interest at management has been a part of this strategy.
