Good Experience - Internship Heliot Emil Employee Review

There is a great team spirit amongst design, development and the finance team. Interns are well integrated and there is an overall passion for product.

- Founders never worked in another company properly. They do not listen to their employees and force through what they think is right. - Quality level of product is rather poor. - Company does not pay. I negotiated a relocation allowance that never got paid out. Founders are oblivious about it and do not stick to contractual obligations. - Home-office procedures are extremely poor and old school. Company does not allow a flexible working from home procedure in line with the standard in the industry. - Critical feedback is not welcome here. Employers are scared to be honest with management (also called "the boys" amongst employees).
