Helios Towers has been a really rewarding place to work. The mission of connecting people and communities across Africa and the Middle East genuinely comes through in what we do day to day. It’s nice to be part of something that feels like it matters. The people are a big part of what makes it great. Smart, down-to-earth, and always willing to help. Leadership is approachable and genuinely cares about people, which isn’t something you find everywhere. There are loads of opportunities to grow and take on new challenges, especially if you’re proactive. The business moves fast, so you learn a lot and no two days are the same.
Cons
It can get busy and priorities shift quickly but that’s the nature of a growing business. If you like variety and don’t mind a bit of hustle, you’ll be fine.
