      - It is a very inclusive environment. There's little to no barrier between junior/senior/management. - It is the perfect place for learning especially for fresh graduate - Bonus scheme is relatively high - Hybrid work arrangement (not required to work from office) - Free certification

      - Salary is not so competitive. Rely heavily on bonuses - Too many internal events. New employees are usually asked to organize them
