Coffee machine. Nice restrooms. They have AC. Dog friendly. It has power. (Notice how the good things aren’t related to the job or the leadership)
Cons
Working at Helion Group wasn't great. Morale was low, and the President and CEO seemed stuck up. They'd hire you fast, but if you did something they didn't like, you could get laid off quickly. It looked like they preferred recent grads, especially white male athletes. Some people openly made racist and homophobic comments. Most of the employees, less than 30 in total, seemed to be related to the CEO or his buddies. There wasn't a proper HR or recruiting team, and the President was a micromanager. This review is a heads-up for recent grads – be careful before considering a job at Helion Group.
