Digital Marketing - Marketing Helinox Employee Review

Unfortunately this brand new employee had to be terminated due to a combination of issues that rapidly snow-balled. We always give our team members the chance to receive feedback and improve – however in this case the employee was clearly failing to grasp the requirements of the role even when they were spelled out in basic fashion. Normally we would try and coach the staff member through this. This particular employee felt that a basic daily reporting task (essential as part of a geographically-diverse team) was beneath her and started to stir negative sentiment in the office about this. We acted decisively to preserve the health of our office culture. This was a very frustrating and disappointing experience for us as an employer.
