The people at Helistream are all great and management works hard to ensure that personalities will fit well within the culture. They also allow for good ojt opportunities to expand your skill set and advance further in the company
Cons
Pay seems to be at industry standard. Being based on California though eats into that and they don't consider it in their pay. This can be a significant difference when you compare it to working for a company based in a lower taxed state.
