Good work life balance. Small company family feel. Lots of paid time off and Reasonable benefits for a company of its size.

Poor management from the top all the way down. No signs of advancement. No process. No management follow up. Asking about anything often intimidated leads and first lines who didn't know much more than you and didn’t know how to manage. No leadership skills or identifying employees’ strengths and developing them. Due to the companies outlying location, it’s employment base is made up of mostly locals and they have a hard time attracting talent especially in the mid- level management positions. When they did find someone with something to bring they usually didn’t last very long and would quit out of sheer frustration with managements inability to see anything through. I had been looking for employment elsewhere when they were bought out by another company and I was laid off. Can't say I miss the place. I don't know what it’s like now.
