Pros
The team was always helpful and open-minded. The context of the projects was always explained to me, which was very helpful in understanding the tasks. In addition, topics that I did not work on but wanted to know more about were also discussed. I got to know many areas of asset management. I was given a lot of freedom and trust when working on the projects, although I was always able to ask questions and was shown lots of tips and tricks in Excel, for example. The working days were very flexible (2 days a week) and home office was possible.
Cons
The team is characterised by experienced colleagues, which meant that there was little after-work activity. The salary was as negotiated, but is higher at some other banks.
