Pros
Flexibility, immediate supervisors are great, work is interesting, content of work isn't monotonous, stable industry, positive office environment.
Cons
Very little opportunity for employee growth and underpaid for the work you do, which makes it a high turnover place. Feels like those who stay are punished by the need to take on more work and make up for production, instead of being rewarded for loyalty. Stress can be high. Sadly, it feels very much like you are there just to be profited off of which really steals the fulfillment you could otherwise feel.
