Pros

Excellent scope for career progression, senior level exposure is incredible, pay scale is also surprisingly good. Social aspect of the programme is excellent also with lots of graduate/ team meetings/ dinners etc.

Cons

HR seems disorganised and underperforms in some ways. One particular member of the department really dampens the experience of being a graduate.
