Heidelberg Materials Digital Hub is a large corporate company, but not corporate environment at all (in the best way). Very relaxed approach, progressive, have lots of trust in their employees, give employees freedom and flexibility. They provide training internally and funds for external learning. Want to learn Czech or German? No problem, they bring in the language teacher to the office for you. They look after every single employee well. From well-being (physical, mental, social), to providing the best office equipment, fantastic office, to being proactive in all areas. Always team-building activities for all the office. They run it smoothly, and all take their jobs seriously, which is why they have the success they have. I know the Board of Heidelberg were extremely impressed with how well the Brno offices functioned and their achievements (they even flew down to give thanks).
