We recognize that there have been increases in the volume of work, and as a result have reorganized the department to have the flexibility to size-up for business growth. This should allow for more accountability, focus, and assist in areas where needed to support the business requirements and meet SLA deadlines. We strive to provide an environment where employees feel valued, treated fairly and respected. This begins with our managers, which is why we recently invested in sending all the managers within the department to leadership training.
