Transition to new employer - Manager Corporate Accounting Heidelberg Materials Employee Review

Poor communication across the company and within the same department. We were acquired by them over the past year and the transition could have went more smoothly if there was communication across their various departments and if they listened to our suggestions instead of making incorrect assumptions on a lot of transferred information that later required correction.
