None that I can think of

I was a temporary contractor, so I can only speak to a degree of team culture. The marketing team, at the time, consisted of thoughtful, talented folks. A small but mighty team that respected each other and had meaningful campaigns in the works. Excellent communication and collaboration between the immediate team, and a genuine respect for work-life balance and team relationships.

Following my time at the company, I was sad to see the entire marketing team was laid off, pushed out, or left the company in the span of 6 months. New leadership brought in December 2024 restructured everything, which unfortunately meant a big swing to all the hard work that had been built up in the few years prior.
