Not the best place - Executive Assistant Heels.com Employee Review

The actual team I worked with was great. The HR woman was really good as well. Most of the people I worked with were amazing and I enjoyed the work. The owner and the marketing team were the main problems. Just wasting time and not bringing new business to the company but because the owner was so buddy buddy with these girls he was letting them run the company right into the ground.

The owner of this company is some thug looking guy that has no real clue how to run a business. I have never seen a turn over rate so high. I am talking three people a week. Just constantly.

none, there are absolutely no pros.

terrible management. the women that work here don't know the first thing about their jobs. no benefits or room for growth.
