      I think it really depends on the department. Шn my case, I was very lucky - highly professional people, transparency, mutual respect, and people-oriented approach.

      Since the company is relatively small, there are not many career opportunities.

      Pros

      There are three reasons to work for Heel, Inc. The first is the people. They have hired a great middle management team that understands and knows the business. I have respect for this team and we generally work well together. The second reason is the size. It's size allows you to know everyone and understand the entire business operation and impact of change to the organization. The final reason is the products. The products are great.

      We've struggled with turnover. We've struggled with strategy. We've struggled with leadership.
