      Exposure to all aspects of Hedge fund operations. Heavy amount of interaction with clients. Autonomy to enhance and improve current processes. Management that encourages their staff to learn, expand their current skill set and obtain certifications.

      Cons

      Being a subsidiary of the larger organization (BNY Mellon) can limit or delay promotions and other things that often move along quicker at a smaller organization.
