      very comfortable job and posiion, flexible hours, the salary goes up pretty quickly

      small place with few people, no bonuses, the job isnt that interesting

      good people (most of them) good salary at the start flexible with the hours

      Cons

      small company - no real job description - an analyst is the QA, DB manager, product sellert etc... the office is modest to say the least. there is no carear development. after some years the raise in salary is very small and not competative.
