Very humble and respectful managers, who are always ready to help and train you.

Perhaps the salaries were towards the lower end as compared to the market.

Decent pay. Generous PTO time.

Lack of communication; particularly with management. Some seem to be under qualified. Very strict in some aspects and there seems to be favoritism. Working environment isn’t the best.
