      Pros

      Good work environment most of the time benefit are okay owner is very good to employees. Work enviroment is typically okay

      Cons

      Micromanagement, better love living breathing every second of lean six sigma which they take way to far. You will be under paid and won't get even a cost of living raise ever. Bonus are typically given but drastically vary . Some people there tend to be bully's.

      Very humble and respectful managers, who are always ready to help and train you.

      Perhaps the salaries were towards the lower end as compared to the market.

      Clean workplace and the management is not standing over you to micro your work

      Cons

      Some loss of perks such as paid lunch however understandable as the industry norm dictates these practices.
