They take good care of their employees and are understanding about personal issues/call out reasons.

The pay was low compared to other opportunities.

Liked my job, coworkers, etc. The physicians are great to work with.

Upper management makes decisions that don't make sense. HR needs major improvement, they are unprofessional. Benefits are available but are expensive! $1500+ month for employee and children just for medical insurance. Don't expect a raise ever. They only offer a 3% raise per year IF you have a positive annual review.
