Pros
Firm is on the smaller side so you will form relationships with everyone in the office. The workload is fairly manageable for the most part. You get a profit sharing bonus around the end of the year which is nice and Heather is a lovely person to work for.
Cons
While most of the staff are great people there are great, there are a handful of those in the office that can be very rude and catty at times. Some people in senior/leadership roles can be a bit harsh as well. They do not offer a work from home schedule or hybrid option, so if youre looking for a 100% in-person office, this is a great fit. The working hours are not very clear. It is expected we start at 9 am and i was informed that we can end our day around 5:15 but some staff expect you to work till 5:30 or 6, sometimes later.
