Product is a Life Saver medical device for those with heart conditions. Otherwise, this company needs to hit bottom rock VERY HARD to be called "a nice place to work..."
Cons
NO CULTURE AND/OR VALUES.PERIOD. Working here was a "do as I said...doesn't matter it is been done wrong. Not open to new ideas. The mentality is about money-making, Quality will solve issues latter. No cojones to talk with the true. Quality Systems has no heading nor ethics to follow the regulations and their own QSR. Too many so called "Professionals" with no brain and guts to speak what is right or wrong to do. There are a lots of morons making business decisions without following the policies, procedures and regulations. Too much people on gossips....lack of understanding what and how to do their job properly.
