      Pros

      None other than bonding with the residents.

      Cons

      The positive reviews are absolutely false; most are from employees at the home office in NY. Take a job here only long enough to move on. Low pay, increasing responsibilities, more revenue from care, meager raises for staff, etc, etc.

      flexible hours per diem, kind staff

      short staffed so not a lot of supervision, ton of responsibility for supervising roughly 20 residents when nursing was on breaks
