The technology is extraordinary and is truly saving lives. The company has an incredible culture - driven by a genuine excitement about the impact we can have on healthcare. The new management team has been very impressive. The new CEO has brought a much needed focus to the commercialization of our technology, and enabling the business for growth. This is a great company and an incredible place to grow in your career.
Cons
As with most smaller businesses, there are some growing pains as we scale. But nothing unexpected for a rapidly-growing start-up! For those that are flexible - it’s not a problem.
