Innovative & Professional Start Up Atmosphere in Digital Health - Anonymous employee Heartbeat Labs Employee Review

There are two major reasons why I look forward to going to the office every day: The team and what it is, that we are working on. The topics that Heartbeat Labs focusses on are extremely interesting and super relevant. Heartbeat Labs works very closely together with its ventures, which all address a different part of the Digital Health market. Therefore, the tasks are very diverse and you become familar with many different topics in the Digital Health market in a short period of time. From my point of view, the learning curve here is definitely one of a kind! The same applies to the Heartbeat Labs team, which is special in that it consists of people from all kinds of (professional) backgrounds. Everyone is super nice, open-minded and welcoming. It is a lot of fun to work together and to learn from each other.

I really like the people I work with, especially the openness to bring in own ideas and just do stuff. Healthcare was not my passion at first but the mindset to really change the industry and how patients can get better and more efficient help really got me hooked. Stephanie as MD is really amazing, especially bringing in her product expertise and combining it with new healthcare products.

As healthcare is very complex and Heartbeat Labs is still young, the whole team constantly develops and you need to stay on top of things and each day's new challenges. I personally like such environment but requires a lot of energy to really put into your work (which almost all people do).
