Good salary, I guess this is why the attract so many good people. They all leave as soon as they realize how bad the products are... Flexible working hours and home office possible.
Cons
Terrible product, no value to offer to customers, outsourcing consulting projects to India. It is only imporant to sell the project, no matter hom much you need to promise and lie about the timeline, the quality etc. Delivery of the project is not something that Management really cares about, it is all in Project manager's hands. Very poor quality of the final product and services, but there are always other clients out there, who will buy the projects because the Sales Team is always ready to give discounts and sell for ridiculously low prices. I cannot remember a single client who actually came back and did another project with Hearbeat Experts.
