      - The most warm and welcoming workplace on the face of this planet - Always present to hear out your concerns and prompt at working towards making your work experience better and takes your fun very seriously - SUPER TRANSPARENT - Invested in your growth no matter what you're working as. They basically shower you with opportunities to advance in your field and even explore something new. - Very motivated towards their goals for the company and sticks to their values - Open minded and accepting work environment - Genuinely cares about your mental health

      - They're a startup, so they're also growing and learning with you - They're still building their processes, so you gotta be patient

      Pros

      The work exposure and experience was definitely the best part of working at Heart it Out. The hours are flexible. The supervisors, assistant psychologist and other interns are very supportive and welcoming. The workload is very comfortable and easy to work with.

      Cons

      The downside would be the lack of payment for the work. 4 hours a day for 5 days a week could be rewarded with a little monetary incentive. The work also gets too repetitive sometimes.
