      Pros

      The company culture at Hearst is second to none. I have never worked for a company that had better company culture. Excellent leadership! Always one step ahead of the competition.

      Cons

      Whenever you work for a larger company, sometimes you can feel a little lost in the shuffle. I don’t believe that is a downfall of Hearst, but a downfall of working for any large company.

      Pros

      Well-organized and good communication. As a contractor, I found Hearst to be a pleasure to work with.

      Cons

      I don't have any cons to report other than that the accounts payable is out of North Carolina and can take 60 days to receive payment.
