Pros

A company with great potential if politics did not get in the way.

Cons

It was a great working environment until people became hostile towards others because of a mandate. What was worse, we had three people on our team who got the first one and got extremely ill. One of them ended up in the hospital for 6+ weeks and almost died. Another had cancer and was told by his doctor not to get it because they did not know if it would affect his treatment, and the other now has heart issues. There were many complaints company-wide and a tidal wave of people who quit. I was absolute chaos and we ended up having to use people from other countries to do our graphics which caused a lot of issue. Our payables department was depleted and getting payments was a mess and after I was released my manager and others quit as well due to Hearst taking over MRT and setting more restrictions, like our clients not being able to enter the building without a "shot". It got bad. Even HR was very hostile, it was sad.

Pros

Well-organized and good communication. As a contractor, I found Hearst to be a pleasure to work with.

Cons

I don't have any cons to report other than that the accounts payable is out of North Carolina and can take 60 days to receive payment.
