Poor structure and very little growth opportunities for mid-level management - Anonymous employee Hearst Employee Review

No salary growth - have implemented a salary increase freeze since 2011 and only seem to promote senior level management / very entry level positions. No career growth prospects and very little perks. Building is unkept and dirty making for an unpleasant working environment.
