Pros

Good teamwok, learned a great deal.

Cons

Upper management is terrible. Talks down to you like a child. If this is the best management has to offer in terms of motivating your talent pool, Hearst is in serious trouble. Also, base pay is a joke. Commissions change all the time and are unrealistic based off of previous years clients. Toxic work environment, even when working remotely. Not valued, just a number.

Pros

Well-organized and good communication. As a contractor, I found Hearst to be a pleasure to work with.

Cons

I don't have any cons to report other than that the accounts payable is out of North Carolina and can take 60 days to receive payment.

- low base salary - no clear path for growth
