      Pros

      Great chance to meet clients and network with them.

      Cons

      Unprofessional and immature team. Can never get work done because of the mind games they enjoy playing with co-workers. No one got along with my team which made it even harder to work for them. They do nothing and expect everyone to pick up their slack and make threats as to fire someone if they didn't get their coffee. Working under photo team is a trash place to work. Little pay as well.

      Pros

      Well-organized and good communication. As a contractor, I found Hearst to be a pleasure to work with.

      Cons

      I don't have any cons to report other than that the accounts payable is out of North Carolina and can take 60 days to receive payment.
