      Pros

      Amazing Brands and content production. Good work life balance.

      Cons

      Low pay for the amount of work. Inexperienced managers Confusion throughout the whole company -although going through change now Hard to get to know anyone outside of team as there are no opportunities to mix. Lack of investment in current talent

      Pros

      Well-organized and good communication. As a contractor, I found Hearst to be a pleasure to work with.

      I don't have any cons to report other than that the accounts payable is out of North Carolina and can take 60 days to receive payment.
