Seriously micromanaged. Management only cares about number of sales and closing ratios. They scrutinize every hearing test that isn't sold a hearing aid and expect the clinicians to be very aggressive. I started feeling like a used car salesman when I worked there. Any issues brought to management were ignored. If you have a mind of your own don't work there. They really want moldable people that they can turn into their own little sales robots. They have a very high turn over rate and yet don't seem to care that people leave.
