Worst company I’ve worked for - Anonymous employee Hearing Direct Employee Review

It was a very bad workplace. No support. No induction. They expected to work overtime. When it was expressed that the workload isn’t manageable they said it’s just how it is. The way they talk to their employees literally 3 people cried at least.
